1. Bad weather cancellation policy
Before getting into the subject, we must explain that meteorology is not an exact science, especially in spring or late summer, so we cannot make a final decision until 24 hours before the start of the excursion.
In case the weather conditions are adverse and prevent us from holding the contracted excursion on one of our boats, we will act as follows:
1.1 We will seek an alternative date
The most logical option would be to try to find an alternative date. In the event that an alternative date cannot be offered or clients are unable to adapt their schedule to the new date, an alternative itinerary will be offered for the same day.
1.2 Repayment of the total amount of advances delivered
In the event that weather conditions prevent the excursion from taking place and we cannot find an alternative date, nor can we offer a comfortable and safe alternative route, the total amount paid in advance will be refunded. The refund will be made within 48 hours, by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
What do we consider adverse weather conditions?
Adverse weather conditions are those that either prevent the boat from leaving port or prevent the excursion from being carried out with full guarantees of safety and comfort for our clients. We want you to have an unforgettable day on board, but unforgettable “because it is good”, not “because it is bad”.
2. Customer cancellation policy
Below you can read the conditions for cancellations by customers:
2.1 Total cancellation
In the event that the client for whatever circumstances, including force majeure (illness, missed flight, flight cancellation, transport strike, theft at home, etc.), could not celebrate the excursion or the rental, he/she would lose part or all of the amounts paid as deposit based on the following table If the client, due to circumstances beyond his control (illness, missed flight, flight cancellation, transport strike, theft at home, etc.), could not celebrate the excursion or the rental, he would lose partially or totally the amounts paid as a deposit according to the following table:
Prior notice 6 months before the contracted date: 100% refund of the deposit paid minus 30% of the total reservation for management fees (advertising, bank commissions for payment and return, boat blocking time, etc.).
2. Notice between 6 months and 30 days from the contracted date: Loss of 100% of the amount paid, even if the amount paid is 100% of the rental value.
3. Notice with a term of less than 30 days: The customer will be obliged to pay 100% of the total value of the rental fee.
2.2 Partial cancellation
2.2.1 Partial cancellation of the number of contracted day-charter hours
In the event that the client has a contracted time slot and for any reason wishes to enjoy less time than the contracted time, the client will not be entitled to any refund or reduction of the rental rate.
2.2.2 Partial cancellation of the number of hours contracted for overnight stay
In the event that the client has a contracted number of days and for any reason wishes to enjoy a shorter period than the contracted one, the client will not be entitled to any refund or reduction of the rental rate.
